Freesharing.org Directory is 60 Percent Junk

60 percent of freesharing.org entries are junk, according to this survey of 124 entries randomly selected from the directory. This makes it an unreliable reference and not useful for anyone searching for a local freecycling group, while promoting Burke’s money-making site ads and groups that don’t deserve to be listed. Maybe needless to say: Burke doesn’t exercise quality controls over his “directory.”
Yet FcNext cultists praise freesharing.org owner Eric Burke for doing a great service for the freecycling movement (while he also generates a personal profit off the site).
